The Trevor Hailey papers provide a snapshot of the life of one of San Francisco’s iconic residents, the unofficial historian of the Castro District where she led her popular “Cruisin’ the Castro” walking tours. The collection contains materials related to the tours, including a scrapbook, fan mail, flyers, notes for the tour, photographs, local and foreign newsclippings and artifacts.
