Title:
Notre Dame Cathedral, Ho Chi Minh City
Caption:
Built between 1877 and 1883, this is perhaps the most famous Roman Catholic site in Vietnam. French missionaries were active
in Vietnam as early as the 1600s. Today four to five million people practice Roman Catholicism in Vietnam. Most Vietnamese
people practice a blend of Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism.
