born in Nov. 1859. John B. Ward married Concepcion Estudillo in Nov. 1851 on Rancho San Leandro. At that time, John A. Ward
managed the rancho and other affairs of his father-in-law, Don José Joaquin Estudillo. [signed] M.E. Schlichtmann.;;
