Daggett, June 11th Dear Papa - Your cheery home letter almost made me see the old hill and it's geraniums, and I enjoyed
it so. Things must look beautiful and its so dear of you to keep them that way. Can you send me some jassimine - good long
sprays of six inches or a foot. If you could get some oiled paper to wrap them in, such as florists use, they would keep well,
Im so fond of jassimine. The weather here is perfect - good and warm, and Im feeling fine - no pains at all. All goes well
on the ranch. Mary and Dick are still away but coming soon. We're all waiting for Stickeen to get out of the way so you'll
be coming back to the desert. I look for another letter today. Always yours Helen
