of March reached me this morning. I am heartily glad to hear from you. I wish you were here tonight. The snow is very deep
on the mtns a few warm days nights have fed many a lungful stream wh are now gathered into the grand har- mony of the falls
of Yosemite the great. They are rapidly increasing in power. I was up in the moonshine last Sunday to see the lunar bows.
They are indescribably grand. Last December we had a fre illegible all the old falls glowed sang together with more than a
hundred newborn ones children of the storm forming a congregation of blooming vocal waters excelling all water harmonies fall
cascade jubilees in the world. I wrote an account of this winter flood wh was published in the April No of the Overland monthly.
I wish I could procure you a copy but I suppose you may find it in London Also I have written a half dozen letters
