Beautiful day, applied to Dr. William for special Pass, in the afternoon in company with my friend H.G. [illegible] visited
the Mt. Pleasant Hospital in deceased to get my Cousin Jonathan [illegible] this passed to [illegible] Hosp. But did not succeed,
[illegible] some [illegible] and had an oyster supper with-my friend, wrote to Rev. [illegible], R.N.Y. Bonne renimmee vout
mieux que cienture dorree, a good name is better than a golden girdle.
A dull day some [illegible], was in the Hospitale all day received a letter from Judie, all are well, wrote in answer and
sent papers.
