Another very pleasant day received a letter from home. Grand Ball at 2nd Div. Hd. Qrs. Warm and very pleasant. No news from home or from my mother. Expressed 30 dolls, for [illegible] Harris. [Directed] to [Oveil] N.Y. My health is very good at present. ------------------------------ Feb.25, Thursday. Another very pleasant day, received a letter from home. Grand Ball at 2nd Div. HdQrs. Feb.26, Friday. Warm and very pleasant, no news from home or from mother. Expressed 30 dolls for Jas. Harris directed to Ovid NY. My health is very quiet at present.
