THE VENICE OF AMERICA is a unique and attractive seaside city, located on the beautiful Santa Monica Bay, 12 miles west of
Los Angeles, and the nearest Beach town. It has a replica of the famous St. Marks, the Rialto, and the canals, bridges and
other features of the Venice of Italy. The Chautauqua course of brilliant lectures and concerts will be held in the Auditorium---the
finest Assembly Hall in California---beginning July 6. Hotel, rooming and tent accommodations in abundance. Five-cent electric

Government Parks, Mountain Watersheds, etc. and it will be a good opportunity for you to speak your word to the people of
