A 1919 bungalow style home located at 170 North Pixley Street, Orange, California, August, 2003. Image shows front view
of single-story clapboard bungalow with single side-facing gabled roof. A full- width porch is supported by elephantine porch
piers, while a transomed attic vent adds emblishment. The residence was designed and constructed by Orange Contracting and
Milling Company for Charles D. Labahn, a rancher, and his wife, Louise. His son, Charles Jr., was involved in the walnut
industry. A photograph of the home is on page 39 in the brochure, "Beautiful Orange Homes" produced in the early 1920s promoting
the Orange Contracting and Milling Company,
