fireman, is sitting behind the wheel. Three men dressed in WWI Army uniforms are by rear wheel, with three little girls standing
in front of them. Two men dresssed in WWI Navy uniforms are standing on top of fire engine, behind banner that reads "ORANGE
IS GOING OVER THE TOP JUST AS THESE BOYS DID" Several American flags are hanging off the engine. The Edwards building is
visible in the background.
