June 6, 1914 Dear Mrs Parsons: I fondly hope you are bravely making your way through this weary lonely pilgrimage, sustained
by God's grace hope of glad meeting in the Better Land. Let nothing I said in my last letter influence you in the least against
your own judgment the advice of the Colby's. Should you conclude to go on the club outing in July it would make no difference
in your work on my book for I'm writing all of it over again, with few exceptions and therefore August will be soon enough
