Description:
An early photograph of Brand Library from the late 1950s or 1960s before the park was fully developed. The fountain, Boy
with a Dolphin, can be seen in the lower right portion of the photograph. The Brand Library was once the home of Leslie C.
Brand until his death in 1925 and his wife, Mary Louise Brand, until her death in 1945. Brand deeded his home and property
to the City of Glendale to be converted into a public library and park. Title supplied by cataloger.
