The Indians hold their weekly market at Antiqua in the shadow within the walls of the ruined ancient church. The earthquake of 1773 almost demolished the old capital [capitol] city, and many of its fine old Spanish churches were casualties of this quake. Antigua, Guatemala, C.A.
