Home, Feb. 28, 1914 Darling Helen: How have you all come through the late floods? Did the water reach your new house, how
did it withstand the winds? Anyhow I trust you are all well- as we here are. Mrs Vernon Bailey made very kind inquiries,
in a letter to me, about you, I think you should write her tell your health story. The fruit trees about the house are bloom,
