1st Lt. Walter A. Blair, United States Army Air Force. He was lost on his 21st mission near Frankfurt, Germany on October
4, 1943, and listed as missing in action, presumed dead as of August, 1945.Walter was one of Brisbane's first hero's at the
age of 20. His parents were "Sarge" and Vera Blair. In Walter's memory, Sarge created "Blair's Rangers" training young boys
in the way of the service of the United States. Many benefited from this while serving in Korea and Vietnam. Sarge Blair
