Los Angeles, Cal., November 7, 1910. Wm. E. Colby, 302 Mills Bldg., San Francisco, Cal. Dear Mr. Colby:- I'll be on
hand at the Directors meeting of the Club November 12th if possible, although I am not at all sure that I shall be able to
get away so early. Anyhow you can count on me to be with you in anything that the Club wants to do. I have the manuscript
of my book at present almost finished, but it is not certain I can get it cleaned up so as to bring it home before the 12th.
How is Keith? Tell me right off, and give him my love. Faithfully yours, illegible
