and his article on Alaskan Glaziers in Harriman Expedition. I have read several selections from the two former works in the
Friday Club which have been received so enthusiastically that several have purchased the books. I think his vocabulary and
style the most charming. Sometimes a whole chapter will read like a poem. He is altogether the leading writer in his own special
subjects and I am a proud and happy old Dolly in that I can boast that I met him and his family in the privacy of 06221
