Names are inscribed next to each picture: Minnie Gardner, Bert Winslow (Burt Winslow in Santa Ana High School 1908 Ariel), and Emaline Butterfield (Emeline Butterfield in Santa Ana High School 1908 Ariel). Young women wear high collared clothing with ruffles and lace and their hair is pulled back loosely. Emeline wears a small pin and a large brooch on her blouse or dress.
