the paragraph you quote is entirely incorrect. I should not think of introducing any legislation concerning the Hetch-Hetchy
Case. it is out of my district. Mr. Fisher has promised the fullest kind of a hearing and has stated that he would look at
the proposition on the broadest basis of public policy, taking into account national, State and municipal rights. He will
not act until the engineers have reported. I repported. I see noprospect of its passing through this Session of congress.
