Martinez, Dec. 1, 1909 Dear Mr Colby: That Collier's letter is capital- the best you ever done, as far as I have noticed,
must take ill the heart out of anything against us if the editor reads it. Lively complicating events in the water bond business
are now coming fast enough to give us all water on the brain. I'm proposing the letter to Tyler as you suggest. Don't think
