TRAILS FOR NATURE LOVERS AND MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS ENOS A. MILLS LONG S PEAK INN ESTES PARK, COLO., JULY 30 1907. Mr.
John Muir, Martinez, Cal. My dear Mr: Muir:- I hope this will find you well, and I trust enjoying life. More than two
years have elapsed since I have had a letter from you, and in these two years I have been busy and have made about five hundred
addresses concerning trees and forestry. I visited about twenty-seven states in he Union last year, and this year I am planning
to travel and talk for nine months, and in the course of these arrangements I hope to get to California. If I do, may I call
on you? I hope to see California the last few days of October of this year. With kindest wishes, Sincerely, illegible
