the trees he speaks of are the big spruce 2.2 miles south of Port Townsend State of Wash. I remember a fallen tree at Quillcene?
425 feet in length, 350 ft to first limb, all were destroyed before he reached there Martinez, Aug. 3/97 My dear Mr Lukens.
I thank you for the directions to the giant trees. It will go hard with me if I dont see them. I leave tomorrow or next day
