The poster features a drawing of a green dragon contained within a white circle, in the style of traditional Chinese papercut.
There is a round floral accent by the dragon's feet. Large white Chinese characters appear above the circle. The background
is purple. The text states, "Chinese Spring Festival, Feb. 22, 23, 1975, Organized by Chinese Spring Festival Committee."
The English text is accompanied by Chinese text. All text is written in green.
