letterhead Dec. 31, 1904. Dear Muir: A Happy New Year to you and Mrs. Muir and the girls We are distributing the
inclosure at the Forestry Congress in Washington, to which I have not had the honor to be appointed a delegate. Keep me posted
about the progress of the Recession movement. I have received the excellent circular of the Sierra Club. All well. Heaven
