letterhead Apl 20 1886 John Muir Esq Martinez Cal. Dear Brother; I have not sent the deed to this 3 acres yet as I
hoped to turn it over quickly and soon taking the little at all, But if I do not sell within 6 or 8 days I shall take the
Deed and send it to you,. I had a number of chances to trade for rental property but they wanted too much for their houses.
I shall try to sell quickly as David has sent 700. of his 2000. and this bill? will cover this week, so we can get the money
all in our lot as we can do better with the money in our lot than two, If I can get out sooner money I will put it all to-gether
and we will see what can be done. With Regards to you and yours I am Very Truly Walter Brown J. and Ethel are well, Love
to Annie, 01227
