First draft of letter, in note-book 59 (72) J, D. Schneider, Nov 25, 1900. Dear Sir: In reply to my last letter you
mentioned the 20th of this month as the time you would attend to your notice. I have waited five days. I will wait 2 days
more, after which, if you do nothing, I will no longer wait, but put the matter in the hands of Mr. T.,our lawyer. Foreclosing
the mortgage only makes expense and trouble. I have waited long. I will no longer wait than the two days mentioned above.
If, then, you do not appear on or before the 27, I will write no more. The lawyer must do the rest. John Muir 02890
