Important Geographically. On the shores of the larger of Twin Lakes North to Twin Peaks (10,501) the lakes are at (9,900
ft.) Tulare County, Calif. It seems to me you constantly forget trimming & I still captured[?] that unless you mark your
base line you are apt to b hasty about location of life- To my mind for a good composition I rather have the rock in near
foreground with no life & have the life where it is now, unless you want portrait work the dominant note, this way life is
an incident- you see the good shadows of the man- the only life up there, this elderly man & his old wife & he had all he
could do to climb there, these rocks look close together & easy but they are bad to climb & get hold on it, especially if
you have no rubber soles on your shoes-I got mine fixed in Fresno for this work. Promised a photo to this man.
