Dear Sister Louie I found a letter from you also during my rainy-day review. It was dated Oct. 28-1898. In it you said that
having begun a letter to me you felt? if there were dozens? of things that you would like to tell me about but as your fingers
eyes were tired you would leave it all for a rainy-day letter - I hope your rainy day will come soon. My rainy-day has gone
by - It was yesterday - the sunshine floods the room in which I am writing- A perfect day - The foliage the grass a lovely
rich green - as we have had no frost yet - And an Autumn hush in the air. It is the middle of the afternoon - but as I am
not feeling much better today, I have not been out all day But the glory of the day seems to illegible to me.
