Bungalow style home located at 238 South Orange Street, Orange, California, August, 2003. Imae shows front view of the home
which was built in 1913 for Clyde Newton, an Orange businessman, who lived in it until 1929 when he sold the house to W. C.
Kast. The main roof extends forward to form a full-width porch supported by tapered piers of arroyo stone with wooden tops.
The porch is edged with arroyo stone, and on both sides of the front door are two large fixed windows.
