Mays June 4. 6 A.M. 1906 Darlings I'm going to my paleontology this morning as usual but this week or next will I suppose
have to be the last Berkeley work for the season Saturday I mean to go to Stanford to see what Sig Lep books are in the library
there. Yesterday after writing you the rain began once more to pour in torrents I had to wring mp the spacious garret floor.
Tom came after that chambermaid job was done looked at par illegible ons chimneys etc He is going to the city today. Tell
me Helen what you want me to bring for you Keep Wanda as long as possible be very very careful of your health everything when
she leaves you. Of course I'll come flying as soon as the Tom trouble is o'er Ever lovingly your father John Muir
