Daggett, Calif. Feb. 17 - 1908 Dear Papa - I am enclosing a letter from Mr Calkins which I received two days ago. I
havent answered it yet as I wanted to talk to you first. When are you coming here? If not for a week or two yet, send the
Calkins letter back to me. I dont care to keep Miss Brodt any longer, for I really dont need her. The pass will expire on
the 22nd or before so you had better get her another. We are all right here and everything is cheerful. The wind is blowing
today but it isn't cold and we are getting very little sand here. Yesterday and the day before were warm and lovely. How
are the folks up home, is the baby well yet? Lovingly yours Helen 04066
