is complete in that it is exceeding fine and entirely irresistible. One inch a day of such achievement is all that ought to
be expected of any man or glacier. I thank you in the name of all bird lovers for what you have written and what you are
going to write in help of our helpless little winged citizens. A few lines even, from you, interpolated in your other writings,
would, I am sure, influence those beyond the range of the Audubon Societies and move to prayer, for forgiveness or light,
