We do look about as me go do leave much of the ways works of Nature - Tomorrow morning I start with the two little boys Ave
illegible ell Roland for Oregon - Kluneath Lake - by way of San Francisco - We are going into camp it will delight us if you
will go also. They want to kill something, which might not interest you, bears trout c c. Let me hear the? E.E. Calvin illegible
Pac Co I am illegible . that you will join? us please. Cornelia is in Europe with some friends this summer Mary Carol (the
little girl she's big now) go on the yacht with Mrs Harriman to Bar Harbor while we boys are away. Always yours E. H.
Harriman Aug 8th 1907. Arden Orange Co. N.Y. Dear Mr Muir I am deeply troubled at your letter of 2d just received
- we all grieved much over poor D illegible - I had grown to look upon him as a real friend knew him to be a true man - I
am glad to have shared his friendship with you. I am fortunate in having many friends am indeed proud to count you among the
best - my troubles are not to be considered with yours some others for they are only passing will be eventualy cleared up
understood even by the some to whom you refer. The responsibilities weigh most when such misfortunes occur illegible was
