Daggett, Calif. Thursday Evening Dear Papa - I have just received your two letters written after receiving mine of the
22nd. Im so sorry it has worried you so - thinking I was going to be exposed to Grippe microbes, but by now you have surely
received my letter telling you she was going away. Miss B. leaves tonight on No. 7 and all is well with us. It made me just
as angry as it did you, to have her be so nervey 04050 2 and invite her friend to visit her in the Van Dyke's house.
They were as good and kind about it as they have been about us all, and she took advantage of their goodness. When I paid
her the twenty dollars I had, I was going to tell her I didnt need her any longer but she was anxious about her sick mother
and told me she wanted to go. I am very glad she is going. She has been good enough but - As I said, we are all right 04050
