41 Picturesquely uniformed soldiers of the Arab Legion in Jordan. They belong to the camelcorps. Some platoons of the camel corps are stationed at the Jordan-Iraq border. (Their women’ skirt-like uniforms earned them the nickname of Glubb’s girls, Brig. Gen. Sir John Baggot Glubb and Englishman, has been C. in C. of the Arab Legion, Jordan’s Army. This picture is actually taken in Jordan.
