Martinez, Cal. Aug 14, 1912 My dear Mr Mills: I am glad to hear of your continued good health good work in the cause of
saving samples of God's best mountain handiwork for the benefit of humanity all our fellow mortals vertical or horizontal.
Strange that the government is so slow to learn the value of parks. I'm quite well, had a good time abroad tho hard. It
was on what is now called The Brady Glacier that Stickeen was so terribly tried? . With all good wishes I am Faithfully
