I'm afraid I shall not be able to be with at the great November meeting- for I have not yet fully recovered from last winter's
grippe, tho I have not lost a single day in bed. Am now at work on old Alaska notes trying to make something like a book
out of them. And besides many others are calling for pen work my years are flying very fast. I wish you could come spend
a year or two with me. tho my house now is only a lonely bachelor place If Mr Bridgeman comes I'll be glad to see him. Remember
