Grand Hotel S.F. July 12, 1889 Dear Louie, Your letter was pushed under my door this forenoon, afternoon I mean, but
Im so sleepy I hardly know which is which. I was very glad to get the news. Have got to my 100th page. Have been at the dentist
this afternoon Im too sleepy even to copy anything for you tonight, too dull everyway to compose anything more, even a letter.
Its 12 oclock again though I had resolved to keep better house. Love to all J.M. 01363
