Home July 11, 1914. Darling Helen, I'm glad you are so happy and well and making quick recovery to perfect health. But don't,
I pray you, make dangerous haste back to the desert at this hottest time of the year, at the risk of your own the babe's life.
Dont think of venturing back before the end of illegible d August. If you must see Muir Stan illegible let Buel bring them
down to you. Never mind expense either in money or absence from your family - the first I can make good, the other you should
bear for the good of all. I think Wanda will write soon. Remember me to the Doctor tell him not to let you go until cool September
at earliest Your ever devoted father
