View of the M.W. Martenet Hardware Store and I.O.O.F. Hall (323 West Center Street, now Lincoln Ave.) and the John and Marie
Cassou House (315 West Center Street); John and Marie Cassou moved to Anaheim before 1900 and operated the Peerless Saloon
through 1917, later built the Cassou Building (120 West Center) and the Rose-Marie Apartments (309 West Center); image shows
flood waters covering the street and over the curb and lawn.
