letterhead Healdsburg, Cal. August 20' 1914 Mr John Muir Martinez Cal. My Dear Mr Muir:- Today I mailed you a copy
of our local paper with a little poem to you. So often I wish I might have been with you out in the mountains so close to
the God of all. May peace and love be all of yours as life's winter comes and the snows pile deep. Sincerely Yours Julius
