Nov. 9, '95 (?) Dear Mr. Johnson: I am not sure if I have ever told you how much disappointed I was at missing Mr. John
Muir. As soon as I got his card at the House of Commons I went out to look for him, but he had vanished, and the card bore
no address so I could not write to him. I had greatly wished to see him. The means provided for finding members at the H.
of C. are so bad that I wish any friends of yours coming to see me there would always put their London address on their card.
Please convey to Mr. Muir my regret. Yours sincerely, J ames Bryos.06402
