paleontology alcove where I sit silent alone from morn til eve wandering in the deeper silence of the enchanted old, old forests
of the coal age The hours days go on neither long or short glorious for imagination mind, but tough for the old paleontological
body nearing 70. There is no fatness in this work - only leanness, I'm getting thinner though fairly well fed. I get up at
six am in the Sig woods from 9 to 5. with an hour or so for lunch at the Faculty Club where I meet the Profs not only of the
