in margin: Your Magnolia is in flower Agaue? almost Home, June 22, 1908 Darling Helen: Stickeen will be finished today
Jesse Reid is going to typewrite it. I dont know whether to write a preface for the little fellow or not. I was at Wanda's
baby's birth celebration Saturday. Only Margaret Henderson besides ourselves was present, May expected to attend, but was
prevented by the arrival of Anna Waterman. Wanda keeps well - says she liked the Daggett people the sky very much but hated
the wind the ground. I enclose Prof Dudleys letter, you might send me word whether the Funks would like another boarder He
would make haystacks of desert plats teach you botany by the ton. How much money do you want? Hope to see you ere long. Kindest
regards to all the good folks. Be careful not to get tired overheated in the open sunshine. Ever thine - with love J.M.
