San Bruno Park School received its nickname of the "Old Tin Schoolhouse" due to the exterior siding of the building made
from tin pressed to look like bricks. The building served as grammar school from 1907 to 1910, then as the San Bruno City
Hall until 1954. Located at 744 El Camino Real. Gift of the San Mateo Times.
