Title:

Cattle raising has risen to huge proportions int he vast plains of south central Florida. The heat and insect scourges of the subtropical climate troubled native cattle too badly so Zebu cattle were imported because of their resistance to such difficulties. Cross-breeding with native cattle has developed strains which are proving highly satisfactory.
