Home, Aug. 18, 1914 Darling Helen: I'm so glad you the little ones are keeping so steadily sturdily well through this
furnace August weather now I hope drawing nigh its flaming end. As for Buel he is always so well he does not come into the
health account at all. I am gaining slowly once more may soon cease to regard your desert as an insuperable obstacle in the
way to you. Wanda as I suppose Buel has told you is at the hospital awaiting the birth of her 4th child. She is very well.
So flourisheth the boy undergrowth Will see that the good Judge gets pears if he likes them Your affectionate father
