Home, Oct 20, 1909 Darling Helen, I was very glad to get your letter yesterday You are in a delightful place I would gladly
join you for a week were it not for a large pile of letters bits of business accumulated while in the m'tn's a severe cold
something like grippe caught in dusty bedrooms. I'm getting better however on my balcony. Give my kindest regards to Mr Miller
for his invitation to the Taft banquet explain that the Ballinger Hetch Hetchy trip prevented. Of course you have received
