I will soon have an article upholding Noble s policy. Should Cleveland adhere to his announced policy of not appointing persons
who held office under him before, that would let out Irish who was a commissioner in reference to the San Francisco post office.
The idea of Irish as Land Commissioner is so monstrous that I can hardly believe it possible. It would ruin the Democratic
