520 West Center Street (now Lincoln Ave.) at Palm Street (now Harbor Blvd.); he traded the house for the Argyle Hotel in Los
Angeles circa 1905; image shows a bust-length view of Woelke with mustache and goatee, wearing a dark suit with a patterned
tie.
